We guarantee that your product will arrive in time for your event with all needed pieces or a refund will be given.
Returns:
We provide return shipping labels for you, they are prepaid. You can either drop them off at any UPS drop-off facility or you can call 1-800-pick-ups and they will pick up the package for you and deliver it back to us.
Once the order is placed, the order is final.
There is a $200.00 cancellation on all finalized orders. If you choose, instead of cancelling, you can move your rental to a different date. But, once the item is shipped, all sales are final.
There is no risk to you once UPS picks your item up. If UPS loses the package, it is properly insured by Main Event and there are no worries for the consumer.
